Midway changes locks according to specified guidelines upon request.
New handsets and deadbolts are commonly used, but specialty locks are installed if needed. Securing the property is our priority. We guarantee all properties will be secured within twenty-four hours. All damaged windows and doors will be boarded appropriately when needed. |

Midway handles a large number of evictions. we understand that this can be a stressful ordeal for all involved. We do our best to handle this task delicately. All personal property is set at the roadside as per county requirements. If family is present, we will allow them to assist only if there is no hostility. We may even help load belongings as necessary. This kindness can protect an asset in the long run.

Midway removes all household items, debris and inoperable appliances from the property. All trash must go! Debris is disposed of in a professional manner at local landfills. Any hazardous waste such as tires and oil is taken to the proper facilities. Protecting the environment is our priority. |

All floors are swept and/or vacuumed, and mopped where necessary. Sinks, countertops, showers/tubs and toilets are also sanitized with extra attention to the surfaces. Windows, walls, baseboards and doors are free from any marks or streaks. Carpet and pressure cleaning services are available upon request. If carpet is damaged or has odor, we will remove if asked. |
