Caryl oversees the photo management component of the online property managment system, MyMidPro. This includes collection, upload and updating of hundreds of property doucmentation photos every day. She is also assistant to our Office Manager.

Dan Sweeney, Operations Manager

Dan is the realtor's best friend. He manages daily operations of crews for Freddie Mac properties and cares for the needs of realtors. "If there is a problem, I fix it!"

Bernadette Murray, Billing Manager

Bernie's job is crucial to client relations. Through the MyMidPro property management system and clear communication with crews and realtors, her billing of services has 100% integrity.

Deanna Morgan, Billing Assistant

Deanna is the newest member of Midway. Her duties include daily P&M report updates on the MyMidPro property management system, lawn and repair billing, and assisting crews and realtors with any concerns.

Joe Cornett, Project Manager

At Midway, Joe wears many hats. He manages all rehab jobs and interfaces with government officials regarding everything from zoning, and building permits to code enforcement and contractor relations. As Project Manager, Joe manages P&M crews, operations, and quality control in all FreddieMac out-of-contract area and other client assets.

David Fields, CEO/General Contractor

As a licensed general contractor, David is the founder of the successful twenty-year-old construction and property preservation company, MIDWAY MAINTENANCE, INC. Under his direction, David’s extensive staff specializes in providing professional property maintenance and rehabilitation services to the REO, banking, mortgage and foreclosure industries throughout Florida.

Danica Joan Fields, M.Ed., Technology/Training Director

At MIDWAY, Danica was responsible for the development and implementation of two of our most important elements: Our Policy and Procedure Manual, and the innovative MyMidPro Property Management  System.  Danica regularly holds training sessions with Realtors to acquaint them with how the MidPro System works, and how to most effectively use its many helpful features in managing assets.

Russell Stalk, Field Crew Supervisor

For nearly 8 years, Russell has worked in the foreclosure industry. “I enjoy my job because everyday it’s a new adventure and there’s someone new to meet. I see history as it unfolds." There's a great team spirit among field crews, much attributed to Russell's infectious humor.
